How are you sleeping?

With the ever changing landscape that has been 2020 and 2021, its inevitable that most of us have struggled at some point or another, missing our family and friends, worrying about the impact Covid-19 is having on them, and ourselves, our jobs, finances, health, even running out of things to say to each other! 

One of the first casualties of stress and worry is our sleep, not enough, or poor quality, both can leave us feeling sick, exhausted and grouchy. 

One of the quickest, easiest and (for me) most effective solutions to suffering with sleep is to turn to my trusty bottle of lavender oil. You can diffuse it, pop it in an oil burner, mix it in with a carrier (cream or oil) and apply it onto the soles of your feet and pulse points at bed time and you will be sure to feel better for it in the morning. 

My ever skeptical Fiancé has even taken to popping a wrist or ankle in my direction at bed time for a little dose of Lavender magic. If he (quietly) thinks it works, it must be doing something, because he certainly is not fashioning 'eau de' Lavender for the sake of humoring me!
